Who we are
Alliance Commercial Credit Group is a private company located in Portland, Oregon. We are in the business of providing alternative financing solutions that are outside of the box for businesses that need lines of credit.
Information we collect
When you come to the Alliance Commercial Credit Group site, you complete a simple qualification form that includes certain personal and financial information about you and/or your business including your name, phone number, e-mail address and income.
Limited distribution of personal information
At your direction (when you click on the "Submit" button), the information that you provide to us on the Client Profile will be sent to Alliance Commercial Credit Group. After our authorized agents receive your information, they may contact you directly via phone, email or other communication.
Alliance Commercial Credit Group may notify you about a special offer from one of our promotional partners. We do not reveal your name, address or any other identifying information to that promotional partner unless you affirmatively respond to the promotional offer. At your request, Alliance Commercial Credit Group will not send you any information or offers unrelated to your request for financing.
Alliance Commercial Credit Group may also share certain aggregated data with other third parties for general marketing and demographic purposes; however, this data DOES NOT include any of your personal identifying information.
COPPA Compliance Statement
Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"), which took effect in April of 2001, Alliance Commercial Credit Group will never knowingly request or collect personal information from any person under 13 years of age without prior verifiable parental consent.
If we become aware that an individual is under the age of 13 and has submitted any information to Alliance Commercial Credit Group for any purpose without prior verifiable parental consent, then we will delete his or her information from our files.
If this policy changes, Alliance Commercial Credit Group will revise this portion of its privacy policy and will comply with the requirements of the COPPA, which include providing notice and choice to each child's parent or guardian before collecting personal information.
